Chapter Six

“Is your wife around?” Nicole just had to ask. She held her phone with one hand and flipped through Netflix using her other. She wasn’t so adept in using her left hand for a remote control and it did feel awkward but her mind was solely focused on Michael at the moment.

“She’s still here but she’s leaving in an hour,” Michael replied. Nicole could hear him chopping something so she assumed he was in the kitchen. “She’s going to this girl’s seminar thing with her cousin.”

“Will she be gone long?”

Michael paused and then answered, “I think she’ll be gone for three days or so. Not sure. Want me to ask?”

Nicole laughed and then told him, “You bastard. Don’t make it that obvious. She might lie and then pop in during the night and catch you fucking me in her bed.”

“All I heard was ‘fucking’ and ‘bed’ so you’ll need to come here and check my ears,” Michael answered in a playful tone. “I think I got something clogging my hearing.”

Nicole chuckled. She missed him. It had been two days since he came over and they had sex in her living room. It had been a full day since he was able to call her. Vanessa came home and although Michael didn’t really care for her he still did his duty as her husband. He never let Vanessa know about Nicole and how she had been with him for quite some time now.

“Well, pick me up when she’s gone,” Nicole then told him.

He readily agreed to that, “Oh I will. I’ll head straight there after the airport. Do me a favor and wear what I bought for you.”

That was a naughty thought, one that turned Nicole on more than she thought it would. She couldn’t help but smile and say, “Sure, but on one condition: hands off me until I say otherwise.”

“Now you’re teasing me,” Michael exclaimed.

“Of course I am,” Nicole replied. She finally found something she wanted to watch, clicked on it, and waited as it loaded. “Now hurry up and get off the phone. She might be listening in. I’ll see you when you get here.”

Michael laughed on the other end, “So what if she’s listening in? Got anything to say to her?”

“Hello Vanessa,” Nicole whispered and giggled. “I hope you leave soon, I’m excited to come over and fuck your husband and try on some of your expensive clothes for the weekend!”

Both of them laughed but Nicole knew she really had to end the call. There was the real risk of Vanessa picking up a phone somewhere else in the manor and actually listening in on their conversation. That would spell the end of their little affair.

Fortunately, Michael was no idiot and didn’t try to prolong their conversation any further. He ended the call and Nicole was left cuddling a pillow on her bed, watching a sitcom series on her TV.

While waiting for Michael, the only thought in her mind was the fact that he was completely dedicated to her right now.
